Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Educational support — not legal advice
EveryIEP provides educational information and document-preparation support. We are not a law firm, and using EveryIEP does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our content and AI-generated materials are not legal advice. For high-stakes disputes (such as due process or manifestation determinations), consult a qualified special-education attorney or advocate.
2. AI-generated content
Parts of the service use AI to analyze documents and draft materials. While we ground outputs in real statutes and your information, AI can make mistakes. Always review and verify any analysis or letter before relying on or sending it.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be 18+ and a parent/guardian (or otherwise authorized) to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
Use EveryIEP only for lawful purposes related to your own child(ren). Don't misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryIEP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of your interactions with schools or agencies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
